Where a licence, registration, permit or certification is required, you must hold a valid and current credential before listing. You must provide accurate information and maintain compliance throughout the listing period.
We do not verify licences by default. We may request evidence, suspend listings, or remove content that appears non‑compliant. You acknowledge that non‑compliance may lead to enforcement actions by regulators.
Certain categories commonly require licensing, registration or accreditation. Examples include:
- Food & Beverage: food safety and handling compliance with state/territory requirements.
- Trades & Construction: appropriate trade licences and building approvals.
- Home Services: compliance with consumer law and any local council permits.
- Health & Wellbeing: registration under AHPRA where applicable.
- Disability & Aged Care: NDIS provider requirements and sector standards.
- Childcare & Education/Care: ACECQA and local regulatory compliance.
- Tutoring / Coaching / Kids Activities: WWCC and any relevant child‑safe obligations.
- Security Services: security industry licensing.
- Real Estate & Property: licensing and disclosure obligations.
- Beauty / Personal Care / Body Art: hygiene and health regulation compliance.
- Professional Services (legal/accounting/consulting): relevant professional accreditation and consumer law compliance.

You must not list items or services that are illegal, unsafe, or restricted under Australian law. We may remove content that violates legal or policy requirements.
All listing information must be accurate and not misleading. Auction and offer mechanics must comply with applicable fair trading laws.
We are not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for pricing, taxes, invoicing, delivery and dispute resolution.
You must use the platform lawfully, respectfully and safely. Do not post infringing, abusive or deceptive content. We may moderate, remove or suspend content or accounts to protect users and comply with law.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By listing or purchasing, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described there.
The platform is provided on an “as‑is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential loss.
We do not assume responsibility for licensing status, regulatory compliance, or any outcomes of transactions between users, including loss, damage, injury or enforcement actions arising from non‑compliance.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law where such rights cannot be excluded.
We may suspend or remove listings, restrict access, and cooperate with authorities where we reasonably believe laws or policies are breached.
